Enabling Wiley Treatment Planner Integration

The Wiley Treatment Planner integration requires separate licensing through Wiley, which we manage for you. If you are interested in licensing this feature, please reach out to us at SupportDesk@ClinicTracker.com. 

The Wiley Treatment Planner integration usage is controlled through individual licenses available for purchase. Once you have licensed the feature and have the appropriate number of licenses for your needs, our ClinicTracker team will unlock the licensed content and add the necessary user licenses in your system. You can then give a staff member access to the Wiley content.

You will also need to choose which Wiley Treatment Planners you would like to import (see: https://clinictracker.com/wiley-integration). Our ClinicTracker team will handle the import once you decide on the Planners relevant to your agency. 

[Accordion] Steps to enable the Wiley Integration for a staff member 

Step 1: Ensure your agency is properly licensed.

  • Go to Utilities > License Manager
  • Scroll down to the Wiley License Breakdown section to see how many licenses are available and how many are already in use

  • Click on the [[img:visibility >> lbl:View]] button to see the list of users who have been assigned Wiley Planner licenses

  • If there are not enough licenses available, click/tap the [[lbl:Purchase Additional Licenses]] button at the bottom of the screen to add more

  • Enter the number of licenses that you need and click/tap on the [[lbl:Submit]] button
 
Step 2: Apply a Wiley license to each staff member who needs access to the content
  • Go to Staff > Staff Info > System Permissions tab
  • Check the option "Enable Wiley Access"
  • Click on [[img:Save >> lbl:Save]] to save the changes

[Q] Does every user require a Wiley license?

[A] Only users who will be creating documentation using Wiley content will need a license. A non-licensed user can still review completed documents that include Wiley content.

[Q] Why does this cost extra?

[A] Wiley does not make their datasets available free-of-charge. To avoid all of our customers needing to contract directly with Wiley, we manage this process for you and pass along the costs.
