This article is good for a brief overview, but there needs to be more contextual information that breaks down the process from start to finish. Example sections that show examples of the content could be:-Creating the Campaign
-Testing a Campaign- will need detailed instructions on how to test and what it looks like.
-Activating a Campaign- will need detailed instructions on how to activate and what it looks like.
-Reviewing a Campaign Status- will need detailed instructions on how to review existing Campaigns in the various Statuses and what it looks like.
We should also explain what fields will be necessary, given the type of Campaign, SMS, Voice Call, Email.
Arpitha - I have created a new doc (Creating Your First Campaign) that covers creating, testing, activating, and reviewing campaign status in detail, and also included information on required fields based on the communication method.
