By providing ready-to-use content that can be easily inserted into your Custom Forms, they reduce repetitive setup and allow form builders to work more efficiently.
These blocks promote uniformity across Paperwork items. Because Content Blocks are system-managed, updates can be made once and reflected across all forms where they are used, ensuring content remains current, consistent, and aligned. This approach not only improves efficiency but also supports high-quality, reliable documentation throughout the system.

Content Blocks are system-managed, reusable modules that streamline form building by reducing repetitive setup while ensuring consistent, up-to-date, and standardized paperwork across the system.
You'll be able to add them while creating your forms in the Form Builder.
[Q] DSM/Diagnosis Tab

This adds the DSM-5 Content Block as a separate tab to your Custom Form, allowing you to display, add, and manage a client-specific Diagnostic Assignment directly within the form. It provides a standardized way to capture diagnostic information while keeping documentation consistent and easy to access.
You can require a Diagnosis to be completed before saving by enabling the “Is diagnosis required?” option.

Adds a Goals/Objectives Content Block as a separate tab to your Custom Form design.
This tab enables you to add, review, and manage Goals and Objectives in a single, centralized location.
The Goals/Objectives tab provides a structured framework for documenting treatment Goals and measurable Objectives, ensuring they are clearly defined, clinically meaningful, and consistently applied across all documentation.
When creating a custom Treatment Plan for your clinic, this tab is especially useful as it handles the underlying logic and structure for Goals and Objectives, allowing you to focus on building the remaining form fields and tabs with ease.

You may include information you wish to keep separate from the designated record set, as Psychotherapy Notes may receive special legal protections. To support this, the Custom Form includes a disclaimer and excludes this section from standard Progress Note printing by using a separate print routine.
[Note] We cannot guarantee that separating Psychotherapy Notes in this way will provide the legal protection you are seeking, so we recommend consulting your attorney for guidance.

[A] Content Blocks are stock, system-managed features and cannot be edited directly. This ensures content remains standardized and consistent across all forms.

[A] They reduce repetitive setup, minimize errors, improve consistency, and help ensure documentation aligns with organizational standards.
[Q] Do Content Blocks affect existing form data?
[A] No. Adding or updating a Content Block does not modify previously saved form data unless explicitly designed to do so.

[A] Yes. They follow the same print and export rules as the rest of the form, unless otherwise specified.
