Accurately documenting appointment cancellations keeps schedules organized, preserves the integrity of the clinical record, and supports clear, compliant, and continuous patient care.
- Open the Event Details for the appointment you wish to cancel to begin the process.
2. Click/Tap on the [[lbl:More >> img:More_Vert]] and select the option Cancel & Create Linked Appointment.
3. You'll see the below prompt. Click Yes.
4. The Scheduler Event will be removed, and you will be redirected to the Patient Contact screen, where you can document the appointment details. From there, update the information according to your clinic’s established workflow.
