[Navigation] Scheduler
[Accordion] Overview
A recurring event takes place more than once and is connected to its other occurrences. These events appear on the Schedule just like any standard event, but editing them involves a slightly different process. Creating weekly recurring events for a specified date range is much more efficient than manually scheduling each event.
The Edit Event feature allows staff to update important details such as event times, location, participants, services, notes, and recurrence settings. When working with a recurring event, changes can be applied either to a single occurrence or to the entire series. This helps maintain an accurate and consistent schedule while ensuring that linked appointment records preserve any historical information tied to past occurrences, even after updates are made to future events.

[Accordion] FAQs
[Q] What does “End Recurrence” do?
[A] It stops the recurring event series from continuing and removes all future occurrences while keeping past events intact.
[Q] If I edit "This Event," does it break the rest of the series?
[A] No. Editing a single occurrence creates an "exception." The rest of the recurring series remains intact and follows the original pattern.
[Q] What happens if I change the time for "All Events in the Series"?
[A] The system will shift every future (and past) appointment in that series to the new time. Always check for scheduling conflicts before confirming this change.
