[Accordion] Overview
The Search Bar is a part of a Data Table component that allows you to quickly locate records within the current view. Whether you enter a full keyword or just a few letters, it helps you quickly get to the data you're most interested in.

- [[img:star]] Quicklist : Filters records marked by you as your Quicklist items
- [[img:history]] History: Filters records you recently accessed
[Tip] Click/Tap the [[img:list_alt_add]] button next to a record to include it in your Quicklist collection.

[Q] Can I use the Search field when Quicklist [[img:star]] or History [[img:history]] is active?
[A] Yes. You can use the Search field, but results will be limited to items within the Quicklist or History list.
[Q] What happens if I don’t type anything in the search field?
[A] The list will show all records (unless [[img:star]] Quicklilst or [[img:history]] History is active).
[Q] How do I add or remove something from my Quicklist?
[A] To add a record to your Quicklist collection, click/tap the [[img:list_alt_add]] icon next to a record. To remove, click/tap [[img:star]] icon and it will be removed from your Quicklist collection.
[Q] Will my full search history always be available?
[A] No. The History [[img:history]] icon only shows your most recent records, and older items may drop off over time.
[Q] Can I use Quicklist and History filters together?
[A] No. Only one filter can be active at a time.
[Q] How do I know if a filter is active?
[A] The filter's button turns blue when active. Click/Tap the button again to switch off the filter.
