[Accordion] Overview
The Export Options are part of the Data Table component that allow users to download a list of records in various formats such as PDF, Excel, CSV, and TSV, making it easy to share, print, or edit data offline. This option is available via a three-dot menu located next to Data Tables throughout all modules.
[Accordion] Key Features
- Click/Tap the [[img:download >> img:more_vert]] button to export the record list locally to your system in one of the following formats:
- [[img:picture_as_pdf >> bg:white]] PDF: For easy printing and sharing
- [[img:sheets_rtl >> bg:white]] Excel: Editable spreadsheet format, ideal for analysis and modification
- [[img:csv >> bg:white]] CSV: Comma-separated text file
- [[img:tsv >> bg:white]] TSV: Tab-separated text file, useful when the table data contains commas
- The file will automatically download to your device in the chosen format
[Note] If the export doesn’t start once you click/tap one of the format options, your browser may be blocking pop-ups. Check your browser settings.

[Q] Will the export include the entire table, or just the records I have filtered for?
[A] The export will reflect the current view of the table, including any applied filters.
[Q] Why doesn’t the export start when I click/tap one of the format option?
[A] Your browser may be blocking downloads or pop-ups. Please check your browser settings or try using a different browser.

- Check your filters before exporting, and ensure you’ve applied any desired filters to download only the relevant data
