[Accordion] Overview
The Appointment Reminder Card feature helps practices remind patients about upcoming scheduled events by allowing users to either print or email Appointment Reminder Cards. This ensures patients receive timely reminders, which can help reduce missed scheduled events. The Appointment Reminder Card format and output cannot be customized by users, but the ClinicTracker team can make limited adjustments. Please reach out to SupportDesk@ClinicTracker.com with any requests.
- Appointment Reminder Card: Print: This option allows you to generate and print a physical reminder card for the selected scheduled event. Selecting this option downloads the Appointment Reminder Card in a printable format.
- Appointment Reminder Card: Email: This option allows you to send the Appointment Reminder Card electronically to the patient’s email address on file. This provides patients with a digital reminder of their upcoming scheduled event.
Note: If no patient is linked to the scheduled event, the system displays a confirmation message before continuing. Click/Tap on OK to continue sending the reminder card email without a linked patient, or Cancel to close the message and return to the Event Details form.
