"To keep you on track, the Reminders category will automatically highlight as a due date approaches, ensuring urgent tasks never slip through the cracks." and "Reminders are private, editable task notes that automatically highlight as deadlines approach to help you track personal clinical follow-ups and deadlines", and "If a date is assigned, the Reminders category will turn red as the deadline approaches to ensure it catches your eye"- I don't see that this is working; there is no highlighting of the category for a Reminder due today in my testing. Can you confirm this is working or still in development in SP?
- Jimmy - No this feature isn't available in SP, we've raise a feedback on this and get the dev to pick it up, in the meantime, that statement has been removed from the article.
- We also need to update all of the screenshots, as they show the old folder structure before the recent release.

[Accordion] Overview
Reminders function as your personal task list, allowing you to create private notes for follow-up without sending them to other users. Stored securely within the Unified Messaging System, they are the perfect tool for tracking pending actions, deadlines, and clinical to-dos.
[Tip] If you see different labels than what is shown in this article (e.g., Patient vs Client), your system may have Custom Labels applied. You can verify and update these by locating "Custom Labels" in the Global Search.
[Accordion] Getting Started
Reminders are private, editable task notes that help you track personal clinical follow-ups, pending actions, and important deadlines
Click/Tap [[lbl:Compose >> lbl:| >> img:more_vert]] and select the [[img:notifications >> lbl:Reminder >> bg:white]] option to create a new Reminder
Adding a Reminder
The Add Reminder form gives you the ability to define your reminder's Subject, assign a specific Due Date, and include any necessary details to ensure clear and actionable follow-up.
- Subject: The Subject line serves as a brief, descriptive title for your reminder, allowing you to identify the specific task, such as "Treatment Plan Form Pending Completion", at a single glance from your list
- Due Date: The Due Date allows you to set a target deadline for your task. Leaving the due date blank will create a general reminder without a specific time constraint
- Message Body: This field allows you to record specific instructions or detailed action steps for your reminder. With full text formatting support, you can use bolding or lists to emphasize key tasks, such as "Review, complete, and finalize", ensuring every requirement is met before the deadline
Inserting a Hyperlink
[[lbl:Web Link]] Allows you to embed direct links into your reminder. This is perfect for referencing external websites, clinical resources, or online documentation required to finish a specific task.
Uploading a File Attachment
[[lbl:File Link]] Allows you to link or upload a specific file directly to your reminder. This keeps all supporting documents, like a patient referral or a blank clinical form, immediately accessible so you don't have to hunt for them when it's time to complete the task.
Linking a ClinicTracker Form
- [[lbl:Form Link]] This allows you to embed a direct shortcut to a form or document within the system. This is particularly useful for incomplete documentation or required form updates, as it eliminates the need to manually search for the record.
- [[img:send >> lbl:Save]] Click/Tap to save the Reminder
Saving, Previewing and Deleting a Reminder Record
Once saved, your Reminder is stored within the Reminders folder. From this central view, you can manage your tasks using the following action buttons:
Edit: Click/Tap the [[img:edit >> bg:white]] button to modify the Subject, Due Date, or Message Body
Manage: Use the [[img:more_vert >> bg:white]] button to access a menu for previewing and deleting the reminder once the task is complete
