[Accordion] Overview
The Side Panel/Bar component provides quick access to supplementary content, contextual information, settings, and navigation options without leaving the current view. It commonly contains tabs, links, group boxes, or collapsible sections that organize related information and actions in a structured manner. This can allow you to efficiently complete forms, review details, navigate to separate modules/features, and move between related sections while maintaining workflow continuity.
[Accordion] How to Use
The Side Panel/Bar component is implemented in two primary forms:
- The Left Side Panel: The Left Side Panel consists of Record Details, Tabs, and Group Boxes that present structured information relevant to the current record or module.
- Collapse/Expand: Click/Tap on [[img:arrow_back_ios >> bg:white]] to collapse or [[img:arrow_forward_ios >> bg:white]] to expand the left panel. This can allow you to maximize the main content area when additional details are not required.
- Resizing: Change the panel width by dragging its right border inward or outward to decrease or increase the size of the Left/Right Panel.
- The Right Side Bar: The Right Side Bar provides navigation to commonly used features that are shared across modules. It can allow you to access related information and actions without disrupting the current workflow.

Click/Tap Quick Info to open the Right Panel, which displays key patient information. The Right Panel is available only on patient-based forms, and is designed to display relevant information such as Key Patient Info, contact information, Intake Details, Insurance Details and so on.

Click/Tap Audit Log Details to open the Right Panel, which displays a detailed audit trail associated with the current record. This includes system-generated logs that capture relevant actions, timestamps, and associated staff members, supporting traceability, compliance, and review requirements.

Click/Tap to view documentation associated with the current patient. This functionality is consistent across the system and provides a standardized way to access documentation for review, verification, or reference purposes.
