Josh- are we going to keep this active https://podio.com/webforms/26479060/2005136?
If so, then it seems like we can make a section with that link on this page.
Jimmy - What is the purpose of that link... if someone is trying to register and the system isn't up and running yet? I suppose it's fine to add it maybe as an FAQ, like "How do I submit a registration if I don't have access to ClinicTracker?"
- The Podio web form does the same thing as the ePrescribing Registration on this page, the only difference being you don't select a Staff Record to associate it with. We've always had the link as long as I've been processing registrations and I'd be interested to see how many registrations were submitted via the link rather than from CT/SP. I think adding it to the FAQ would be fine, but is the goal to push people to use the feature inside of CT/SP?
Getting Started point 2 lists out the 4 users types. Can we explain what each of that are used for? I see at the end of the article we link to https://support.jagproducts.com/hc/en-us/articles/41269440601883-Overview-of-ePrescribing-Roles as a Related Article. We could link to that article here. However, that page shows 7 different types, not 4. Do one of these parts need to be updated so they match up? Or can we adjust the format so it's a bit more clear how everything lines up?
Similarly, can we explain what admin permissions give you access to?
- I made some changes to this article as well as https://support.jagproducts.com/hc/en-us/articles/41269440601883-Overview-of-ePrescribing-Roles. Let me know what you think.

I updated the role descriptions and added an FAQ. Please review and update the linked roles page as we discussed.
