[Accordion] Overview
The Completed Paperwork feature allows you to view all completed patient paperwork in one place. This makes it easy to review forms, track documentation status, and quickly navigate to existing records.
[Permissions] Staff members must have Read permissions to the Paperwork module to access this feature. [Staff > Staff Info > System Permissions > Paperwork]
[Accordion] Getting Started
Use the Completed Paperwork feature to view patients' finalized records, including the form date, paperwork type, who completed it, and whether the item is locked.

Filters: Use filters to refine the paperwork results you are looking for
- Include Progress Notes: Check this box to include Progress Notes in the Paperwork list
- Include Collateral Notes: Check this box to include Collateral Notes in the Paperwork list
- Date Range: Set From and To dates to view paperwork within a specific timeframe
- Paperwork Type: Select a specific paperwork type or choose All to display the corresponding completed records
- Saved By: Filter records based on the staff who saved the record

Locked: Filter by the paperwork’s locked status (Yes, No, or N/A to view all records)
- The row color indicates status: Green (locked), Blue (unlocked), and Red (N/A)
- Phase: Select the treatment phase for which you want to view the associated paperwork items, or choose All to display paperwork from all treatment phases
- Click/Tap on [[img:search >> lbl:Find Patient]] to open Patient Lookup and view paperwork for another patient
- Click/Tap on [[img:visibility]] action button to open the specific Paperwork item
[Info] This feature can be accessed from multiple areas within the Staff Portal:
- Quick Info > Click/Tap the More button, then select Completed Paperwork
- Completed Paperwork Icon: Located on the right-hand side of all patient forms for quick access
- Patient Demographics: Click/Tab the completed Paperwork Button located along the top of the Patient Demographics form. If not visible, it may be found by selecting More

[Q] What does the Completed Paperwork feature show?
[A] It displays all completed paperwork for the selected patient including record type, record date, the completing staff member, and the locked status helping you review and track finalized documentation.
[Q] Why are some rows highlighted in different colors?
[A] Row colors indicate the paperwork’s locked status, helping you quickly identify locked or unlocked items. Unlocked items may also indicate that the item hasn't been completed.
[Q] What does the “Locked” filter do?
[A] It lets you filter paperwork by locked status - Yes (limit to locked items), No (limit to unlocked items), or N/A (to show all items).
[Q] How do I filter paperwork by type?
[A] Use the Paperwork Type dropdown to select a specific form, or choose All to view everything.
[Q] What is the “Phase” filter used for?
[A] It allows you to view paperwork associated with a specific treatment phase, or select All to see records from all phases.
[Q] Can I sort the paperwork results?
[A] Yes, click/tap the 3 dots next to the column you want to sort by. You can also resize the columns to adjust the view.
[Q] Can I print or export completed paperwork?
[A] Yes, click the Export Button [[img:download >> img:more_vert]] to choose the export format.
Printing/exporting depends on the form type and your permissions [Staff > Staff Info > System Permissions].
